The secret to making a delicious, Full of Life Thai Salad is using a blend of beautifying colorful ingredients and whipping up a mouth-watering dressing. Which is exactly what I’m showing you how to do in my recipe here!

My Full of Life Thai Salad boosts you with plant energy and fills you with flavorful goodness. It’s simple to throw together and so hardy that it lasts for several days in the fridge! Huge bonus in our busy lives…

Feel Full with Fiber

Bright beautifying cabbage, gorgeous glowing carrots, smooth boosting jicama, brilliant red bell peppers, and wow so much green leafy goodness. Did I mention this Full of Life Thai Salad is uber veggie-forward?

You all know why filling up on loads of beautifying fiber is AMAZING for you.. In case you want a quick recap on why, here it is:

Fiber-rich foods can push stomach and intestine-clogging materials out of the body. Fiber moves food through the gastrointestinal tract quickly for better digestion and contributes to overall well-being. Veggies are not only full of fiber but they also contain lots of water. Water is necessary to soften and loosen digesting material. And for an even extra boost to really promote health and beauty-promoting detox, try Detoxy+

Thai Salad Inspiration

As I mentioned this is a very veggie-forward Thai salad. And for every right reason! With so many health-boosting veggies to choose from, sometimes I have a hard time picking just a few. Let me share with you just a few fun things about some of the ingredients featured in my Thai salad.

Humbly Beautifying Cabbage

Cabbage is loaded with fiber and will make you feel full rather easily. It also bursts with vitamin C. Can you guess what color cabbage has more vitamin C than the other?

If you guessed purple you are a winner (BTW I never understood why some people call purple cabbage “red cabbage”?)! It has 6 to 8 times more vitamin C than green, but both are still super healthy. That’s why I opt to use each color of cabbage in my Thai salad recipe.

Both purple cabbage and green cabbage are also rich in vitamin A, and E. I like to call these the beautifying vitamins. Why is that you wonder? Because loading up on these vitamins help keep your cells and skin healthy, even helping to diminish crow’s feet and prevent lines from forming… I’ll take some more cabbage, please!

Cabbage also lowers cortisol, the stress hormone that can make you feel, err not so chill. You will fill up on good vibes and good fiber enjoying my Full of Life Thai Salad.

Gorgeous Glowing Carrots

The natural vibrant glow of carrots speaks wonders about its nutritional content. Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene, the precursor for vitamin A. And us Beauties love our vitamin A. That is because, vitamin A works magic in our body, helping build dewy glowing skin and shiny, healthy hair.

Carrots are long believed to possess strong cleansing properties. In part due to its amazing fiber content! Both natural healers and Chinese medicine support the notion that carrots help eliminate excessive waste in the body. And when we can detoxify the liver, removing waste and toxins from our blood, we are facilitating better transport of nutrients to nourish our skin and hair.

And of course, my list can go on, but rather than talking your ear off about how much you will glow eating my Thai Salad, it’s better that you just see for yourself!

My Feel Full Thai Salad recipe will fill you (and your belly) full of a beautiful glowing life!
